Arad to show how UK water firms can enhance customer satisfaction

The Arad Group will demonstrate how water utilities can improve customer service at the Smart Metering UK & Europe Summit, Europe’s leading gathering for smart metering and utilities professionals, which will take place January 30–31, 2014 in London.

Rami Ziv, Arad’s VP International Sales & Marketing, will address a session on “The Latest Innovations in Smart Water Metering,” to take place on January 30 at 15:10.

The presentation will focus on showing how technological innovation improves customer satisfaction. Ziv will present how utilities can provide customers with accurate water measurement when they are moving in or out of a new house, and how to distinguish between public and private water consumption.

Ziv will also participate in a panel discussion entitled “Where are we now, and what are the prospects for Smart Metering within water companies?”

“British and European utilities are becoming more aware of the need to improve customer satisfaction,” said Ziv. “By applying cutting edge technologies water companies can provide users with full transparency and improve their financial and operational efficiency.”

Ziv will also participate in a panel discussion entitled “Where are we now, and what are the prospects for Smart Metering within water companies?”

Arad will demonstrate new Web and mobile applications that allow consumers to track water consumption wherever they are. The smartphone app, available for iPhone and Android users, offers detailed consumption graphs, real-time leak alerts and consumption forecasts.
